Positive Pathways North West CIC is a training organisation set up to further develop and up skill those working with children and young people. We have numerous training programmes and can also tailor-make training packages to suit the needs of your organisation.
Our trainers Dawn and Nikki both have over 30 years of experience working with children and young people in various settings. Both are qualified Youth and Play workers. All the training packages aim to offer practical ways of working with children and young people.
Dawn Lee
Dawn has worked within the youth and play sector for 30 years. She is a qualified play and youth worker. She has many qualifications including Health and social care, Play work, Youth work, Management and more.
She is experienced at working in many different settings. She is extremely passionate about giving young people opportunities to develop through play and loves the chance to play football in sessions!
Dawn is a lifelong Liverpool supporter, and in her spare time, she loves to watch the red men. She loves animals and has lots of pets at home ranging from dogs to chickens and even a snake.
Nikki Jones
Nikki has also worked in the youth and play sector for 25 years. She is a qualified play worker and has a
degree in Youth and Community work. She has worked across Merseyside in different settings. Nikki
worked as a health projects worker for many years delivering health education to young people. She is
passionate about youth work and giving young people the opportunity to have new experiences. She
loves to work with ‘hard to reach’ young people and enjoys doing detached youth work.
Nikki loves to spend time walking, reading and travelling she loves animals especially dogs.
